The Service Configuration screen controls the identity, appearance, messaging, and voice settings for your Airgentic service.

The screen is organised into four tabs. This section of the help documentation mirrors those tabs:

  • General — Service title, website URL, and logo
  • User Interface — Agent name, chat window title, input placeholder, and citations display
  • Agent Messages — Welcome message, no-answer message, follow-up message, contextual welcome, and chat icon tooltip
  • Voice Mode — Enable voice interactions and configure the voice preamble and welcome prompts

After making changes, click Save Configuration. You will be prompted to confirm before changes are written.
